Micro Winery

Sourcing NY grapes from Long Island and Finger Lakes, I've had the luck to put natural wine making theory to practice.

Stainless Steel equipment, low intervention, and wild yeasts. I'm trying to start things right.

I have unshakable faith in American Viticulture. Here is why:

Volcanic Soil + Vines = Yum.

i.e: California, Oregon.

Ice-carved lakes up north and to the east make for a similar magical recipe: "warm days, cool nights".
